Meghan
Meghan joined the Ocean EcoVentures team in 2016. This is her latest endeavor in a professional life dominated by her love of the outdoors and our natural world. She has worked in outdoor recreation and
sport since her teens, instructing rock climbing, kayaking, and canoeing. Meghan previously worked for a kayak expedition company in the Johnstone Strait, where she fell in love with seeing whales in the wild.
This love has followed her to the Salish Sea. Meghan is often found on our 5pm sunset tours during the
summer. On her days off Meghan can be found playing in the forest or in the mountains. She is an avid
hiker, climber, skier, and cyclist, always focused on finding Vancouver Island’s hidden gems.
