Andi
Originally from Alberta, Andi grew up spending summers and winters on Vancouver Island—and always knew the coast would one day be home. A lifelong love of orcas (thanks in part to Free Willy) and early whale watching trips with her dad inspired a deep passion for marine life.
After a few seasons working in Campbell River alongside her dad, she joined the Ocean Ecoventures team. Now just as fascinated by humpbacks, Andi loves identifying individual whales and tracking their movements and behaviours throughout the year.
When she’s not on the water, you’ll find her sailing, out in the woods with her dogs, or digging into whale ID catalogs at home.
